Luxydrop currently offers clients a very limited hand-selected group of sellers to provide our clients with satisfaction and trust in our platform. By only curating a limited group of sellers, our goal is to maximize the trust of our clients in areas such as authenticity.
Authenticity is our Holy Grail and main priority, we will do our best to ensure all items sold on our platform are 100% Authentic, and a big reason why we have hand-selected our current group of sellers is to have a better grasp of the products that flow throughout our platform. Luxydrop aims to provide clients with the best trust programs there are in any marketplace.

We will notify you as soon as the request has been denied or approved.
Currently, there is now a 5% + $5 commission for sellers. we only subtract a $5 fee for any item sold on our platform, whether the item costs $100 or $1000.
We take fraud very seriously. The Luxydrop team will constantly monitor the marketplace for any fraudulent items. Listings that are deemed ”Fakes” are permanently deleted, and the approved vendor of the listing will be immediately banned from our platform once we have done our investigation. no suspensions or timeouts will be implemented on our platform.
For Buyers on Luxydrop will receive their tracking within 7 days or their money back guaranteed.
For Sellers on Luxydrop are required to add tracking within their dashboard in 7 days of sale or risk that sale being automatically refunded.

Shipping costs are included in all offers from potential buyers. Shipping is included in the final sale price. Please note that sellers may not add or edit shipping at this moment.
Shipping fees vary based on a variety of factors including the price of the item, size of the item, item type, shipping costs determined by our carrier partners, and the shipping destination of the Buyer. Buyers will always see the entire shipping cost prior to purchasing an item.
While most orders ship on-time, your order could experience shipping and/or fulfillment delays due to various reasons beyond our control.
Estimations are only applicable to the US and do not include international shipping, PO boxes, or military bases.
All Items: many of Luxydrop’s items are shipped to us first to be authenticated unless already digitally authenticated. Once fully authenticated, items are to be delivered to you. It typically takes 7-10 business days (M-F) for these items to be delivered to a buyer located in the US. This allows time for us to receive the order from the seller, authenticate and verify the item and then ship it to you.
You’ll know when the item has been dropped off by the Seller for delivery to Luxydrop when you receive an email with the subject “Order Shipped To Luxydrop”. unless digitally authenticated.
Additionally, as a Buyer, you are always able to check the status of an in-progress order by viewing your pending orders from your account/dashboard tab.
Sellers typically have two to seven business days to ship their item out from when your purchase is completed. If more than five days have passed with no change in status and no shipping confirmation email has been received, Luxydrop will reach out with more information or attempt to make alternative arrangements to get you your purchase. We currently do not ship internationally, but this is to change within time.
As a Buyer, you can pay for your item in the following ways:

As a seller in the US, you can choose to receive your payout in one of four ways, either through PayPal, electronic ACH transfer to your bank account, Zelle/Cashapp, or debit. Once a vendors item is sold, the seller immediately receives their commission in PayPal/Stripe automatically.
Once your purchase has been accepted by a Seller, your order cannot be canceled. This keeps offers real, active, and dependable, which gives sellers trust in the marketplace and ultimately leads to more items being offered on Luxydrop.
Occasionally our payments processor is unable to complete your purchase. This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number or email address, insufficient funds, or the wrong zip code. Please review the card number you entered and the zip code first and if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card-issuing bank. If you’re still having issues, please [email protected] for additional assistance.
We only accept returns if the product was delivered to you damaged or the item is different to what you purchased.
Due to the complex workings of our live marketplace, we do not currently offer returns. If you purchased something on LUXYDROP and the item does not fit your expectations, the seller may not be required to accept a return.
Returns may only be eligible if the seller’s description inaccurately described the item in terms of authenticity, color, condition, fabric, and measurement. If no measurements are provided, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm fit and sizing prior to purchasing.
If your purchase was accurately described or did not have any description of fit/measurements. You may try to work out a mutual agreement with the seller so that they accept a return for a full refund.
If by any means you are unable to a workaround with the seller, you may relist the item back on LUXYDROP.
